Enable the Hide DS4 controller option. Drag the corner of the windows and expand it -> you will see Controller/Driver Setup in blue -> click on it. My controller was able to connect, but would disconnect almost immediately after connecting. My solution was to just connect it to my ps4 again using the cable. I turned my ps4 on and when I was prompted to press the PS button to use controller, I tried to connect without the cable at first, but it didn't work. So I just used the cable to I can't seem to "pair" my PS4 controller with either PC, yet it works no problem when using a micro-USB cable. Steam reads it just fine and DS4Windows recognizes it and all. The most bizarre thing about this is that both PCs do recognize my PS5 DS controller perfectly fine via both Bluetooth and cable, with no connection issues whatsoever.
