The highly anticipated start date for Pokemon GO Fest has finally been announced by Niantic. This year will be a special two-day event starting on Saturday, June 4, through Sunday, June 5, 2022
And without the increased shiny chance there's little reason to go for most of them. They're not as good as past Go Fests but still better than a typical day in PoGo. City has: G-Weezing (shiny chance is probably still boosted over the usual 1/~500), Trubbish (dust), and a few other semi-rare shiny eligible things.

No nothing is 100% confirmed but leekduck has a decent amount of info already, linked below. The only thing I think will be missing is the community aspect like the in person fest. I am intrigued about the day 2 surprise. Just a word of caution from a prior Go Fest you need 200-300 spots for mons or you will be clearing space all day.
